Thermostatic Valve
This component is used for the proportional regulation of cooling water depending on the setting and the sensor temperature. The valve activation point is set via a graduated scale ranging from 1 to 5, where 1 represents the minimum and 5 the maximum setpoints. The temperature range over the scale is 25 to 65 deg C (77 to 150 deg F). The valve is set to 3 which represents approximately turn-on point of 110 deg F. The sensor is placed inside of the oil reservoir.
